I will work with the Congress for an amendment which states that the human Liberty codified in the Constitution is henceforth intended to apply to all Citizens of the United States, and all persons under its jurisdiction, regardless of class, race, gender, sexuality, creed, state residence or religion even if such was not the original intent of the Constitution’s framers.
